Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!
