We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Harvinder was amazing at doing my eyebrows. I’m in Birmingham for university so mainly get my eyebrows done from my city but one lady botched one of them. Harvinder is very competent in what she does and now my eyebrows look amazing. Bonus - My mum loves them too!

I was SO nervous before this appointment. And was struggling to find a good salon in Birmingham to cater for my needs but J Beauty was amazing! Tension khatam. They were sweet, professional, caring and easy to talk too. The atmosphere was relaxing. Would certainly recommend and come again myself! Thank you ladies especially Pooja. <3 you all are fab.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
