She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. Today I had the best whole body massage I've ever had. It was both incredibly relaxing and also deep which was extremely beneficial for my tight muscles. The lady giving the massage conducted the session in a beautiful way and it allowed me to immediately enter the wellness space to get full benefit of the hour.
