Had a haircut at Hayato London for the first time and I really can't recommend them enough. Their service was impeccable and Hironao's work was immaculate. I had not had a haircut for three years prior to this appointment and it was a dramatic transformation. I showed him some reference photos of what I had in mind and he completely nailed it. He really took his time and worked meticulously, while also offering friendly and pleasant chitchat. He has completely won my trust and I will definitely return for future haircuts.

Bianca is the only technician I trust with my nails. I travel far just to see her because there’s really no better service in London. She uses the highest quality products so my nails are still looking fresh 3-4 weeks later. It’s obvious she has many years of experience because the detail of her nail art is amazing. I’m always so excited to see what art she creates for me. But most importantly, I really enjoy catching up and chatting with Bee whilst she makes me feel like a queen ! Couldn’t recommend her enough. I’m just traveling in London so I was worried about finding a good nail salon — Oksana did a beautiful job fixing a broken nail with a gelx and doing a full Russian manicure on the rest. She was really detailed and thorough in her work, checking the nail shape from every angle. Super clean job, I really appreciated it.

Abby does a phenomenal job, these are genuinely the best lashes I’ve ever had. I’ve never received more compliments, and they always looked so natural, flattering, and perfectly customized to my features. She’s incredibly professional as well as warm and friendly, and she made every appointment such a lovely experience. She was my first lash tech in London and I never went to anyone else because I never needed to. I’ve just moved to Dubai and I’m so sad to be leaving her. At the end of it, I didn’t just find a lash tech, found a friend. Truly wonderful and so talented.

This was my first time at L&W Brixton, and I loved it! I went for a much darker colour than I usually do, and they turned out so beautiful. Francesca was incredibly kind and professional. I added on a BIAB removal (got my nails done at a different salon), and she immediately noticed that what I had wasn’t actually BIAB (or it didn't seem to be BIAB, even though that's what I asked the other salon for). She took the time to explain the difference and educate me on what proper BIAB should look like. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise. Already scheduled my next appointment :)

I have been going to this salon for a year and it’s wonderful. It is the same care that you can find in Brazil, everyone is polite, professional and friendly. They offer you drinks and pay attention to details! The nail art is perfectly done, the waxing is fast and smooth, the pedicure and manicure are very relaxing ! Best one I’ve been to in London yet !

After living in London for over 20 years, I’ve finally found the salon I’ve been searching for all these years! I’m a very picky client and have tried many places, but this is the first time I’ve been truly amazed by the quality of a manicure and pedicure. The shape, colour and flawless gel finish are exactly what I was looking for, even though my nails are difficult to work with. I left absolutely thrilled and couldn’t stop looking at my nails. The warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more special. Highly recommended — worth every single penny!

Such a lovely experience at Paint Nails London! I had Jordan for all of my treatments, and she was absolutely lovely — so friendly, personable and accommodating. I had a manicure and pedicure, and she put so much care and effort into both. They look amazing! I was also being very indecisive about which colour to choose, but Jordan was fantastic at making suggestions and making sure I was completely happy with my choice. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Paint Nails London — and especially Jordan!

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. I left looking and feeling ten years younger with a very stylish hairstyle, and expertly coloured by his lovely Albanian colleague. Highly recommend this top London salon.

My nails look very nice, and it’s a clean nail salon. Location is very central and easy to access. Happy with how the nails look overall and the process was very quick. The only thing I’d improve is the gel removal as there were still some bits from the previous gel still attached to my nail so I had to ask for this to be removed. In the previous nail salon I went to they had applied several coats so perhaps leaving the solution to soak on for longer might be better than scraping it off. I also like the polish to be applied at the bottom of my nail so there is no white line.
