We had both a full set of nail acrylic extensions and a head massage. The nails are gorgeous, so much care and attention put in to make them perfect! And the head massage was so relaxing and calming. Best place for nails in Worcester by far!!!

Just the most perfect experience! Katelyn is always so warm, friendly and caring, even before the treatment begins. Best brows and lashes in Worcestershire

I met Hannah at a local networking and we talked about her business and clicked right away. I booked in with Hannah for a Pink Eco Facial at Balance in Worcester. The setting was very calm and relaxing. Hannah’s facial was amazing from start to finish. Massaging, cleansing, masks. It was such a luxurious treatment with beautiful products. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thank you Hannah!

Lovely environment to have a treatment. Katelyn gave me a lovely facial and chest/scalp massage. I liked it that she paid attention to detail in her pre treatment consultation, as I have a neck problem which can sometimes be made worse if my head is moved in the wrong way. I would definitely come to see Katelyn again and also plan to visit some of the other therapists too.

I’ve been to see many professionals for the pain in my back and it’s only since having massages and sports massage with Katelyn that I’ve noticed a vast difference with having more pain free days. Katelyn is so welcoming and professional. She explains what she’s going to do at the start of each session, explains the oils she uses and gives advice for aftercare. I’ve also had a full body massage, including head, and shoulders which was total heaven. Plus a lymphatic facial which was absolutely wonderful. I’ll not go anywhere else as Katelyn helps me to totally relax.

I have been having an Indian head massage, every 4 weeks, from Katelyn since November last year. She is amazing and really puts you at ease. I have had an issue with turning my head to the right for nearly 30 years and despite various physio, scans and medical appointments it is only since visiting Katelyn that I can now turn my head to the right and look behind me again! Highly recommend you visit and speak to her about what is right for you. You will not regret it! I really appreciate her follow ups following appointments too.
