I was lucky enough to have the spa extreme ritual day, this was the best massage and facial I have ever had. The young lady who have me this experience was fantastic. The pool, and other amenities were great, the salt room especially. My Spar package also included a light lunch which I had a beautiful Yorkshire ham salad, and would highly recommend. You can even stay in your bathrobe to go and have lunch in the conservatory. I will definitely be returning.

My experience was wonderful, I had a very relaxed and stress relieving massage and facial followed by a delicious lunch. I was able to lounge around and use the spa facilities afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely massage thank you. It would have been nice if the cd player didn’t stop and start all the time. Also the aromatherapy aspect was not really evident in the massage oil. It seemed like plain carrier oil with little or no essential oil in it. When I’ve had aromatherapy massage before the therapist has chosen a blend specifically and explained the qualities. There was no residual lovely smell on my skin afterwards at all. That aspect was a little disappointing but the massage itself was very good.

Amazing! My husband had a deep tissue full body massage which he said was just what he needed. I had the facial & neck, back & shoulder massage it was out of this world! Definitely recommend . The young lady who did the treatments was lovely, very friendly & explained everything throughly . Thank you we’ll return next year again for our wedding anniversary x

Nikita is fabulous, would definitely recommend for back, neck and shoulder massage, or Indian head massage.

Absolutely faultless. I would have Nikitta here every week if I could. I have a BNS massage every 4 weeks which keep me upright and mobile. She is professional, but friendly so it is more like having a friend round. She arrives with a full massage bed and everything she needs. Soon you are at the end of your treatment before you even realise it began. Because she comes to you, you have the added bonus of not having to pull yourself together, put your coat on and leave. Highly recommend.

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Fabulous treatments from Ruth, who clearly is incredibly good at what she does. I had a facial, and my husband a massage, and we both said they were the best treatments we've ever had.

Ruth was fantastic! She came to our hen party house we had hired for the weekend and provided treatments for 7 of us. The contact via email beforehand was great, she arrived on time and provided us with the most amazing massages and facials. Lots of comments amongst us like "it was the best massage I've had" "I feel so relaxed after that" "that was amazing" "Ruth was so strong!". Ruth herself was lovely - chatty to start with then respected the relaxation during our treatments. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks so much Ruth!
