I recently had a facial, back massage, and head/scalp massage at Om Holistics, and the entire experience was just perfect. From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. Treated myself to 2 treatments today, the first was a Full body Swedish massage which was incredibly relaxing & has helped ease a lot of my muscle tension with focusing on my lymphatic system. My second treatment was a mini facial which came with a scalp massage the combination of products used were perfect leaving my skin refreshed, energised and so soft. When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Could not have had a better experience with Sophie today! From the minute I arrived she was warm, friendly and made me feel so comfortable! She explained all the steps to me and the benefits and we talked about my personal skin and its issues, Sophie gave me great recommendations and advice on skin after assessing it. I had the hydroplane facial and it was amazing, most relaxed I’ve ever been in my life. Not only does Sophie carry out the facial but also provides a calm atmosphere and pressure massages which are so relaxing. I already cant wait to book in again ASAP! Can’t reccomend enough!

I visited Her Sanctuary on the 13.12.25. What a great experience! Marta was both personable and friendly, genuinely interested in her clientele. Marta listened and made suggestions tailored to my needs. I had my consultation followed by a full 60 minutes massage, she focused on tension which was effective throughout. The oils were lovely, Marta explained the blend used, I felt very relaxed after and wasn't rushed out the door. Marta has a nice working space and a really good location. I will definitely return in the new year and perhaps experience reiki for the first time.
