I had an amazing Japanese head spa with therapist Saphron. The experience was incredibly relaxing, with a soothing scalp massage that eased tension and a luxurious hair wash with nourishing products. Saphron’s expert technique left me feeling refreshed and calm. Highly recommended!

Saphys Raydience Headspa is a hidden gem. From arrival to leaving, I felt so relaxed and looked after. The Japanese headspace was an incredible experience and Saphys back massage was sublime! Definitely will return and recommend to others.

Lovely relaxing environment, smells amazing, friendly staff members. Really nice traditional Thai massage, never had one before but thought I'd try something different to the standard back massage I usually have elsewhere. Parking is great too with car parks and on street parking. I will definately be booking again.

Once again Liz has worked her magic. After been told I couldn't have a treatment of a facial due to being on chemo therapy. Even though I told them I am on it for life as its terminal. Liz understands that my wellbeing is more important than anything to make sure I relax and enjoy my time with her. She did a luxury facial and shoulder and neck massage as I am tense all the time. It also helps as she massages my arms where I have no lymph nodes and this takes the swelling down. I can highly recommend Liz for any treatment she is very knowledgeable and so understanding. Thankyou again Liz.

Hello! I recently had a back scrub, back massage and facial and I haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time! It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs some pampering and just to escape the outside world for an hour. The room was very clean, organised and comfortable with fluffy towels and blankets. The quality of the products used felt lovely on my skin and smelt great. The massage therapist and other staff were incredibly friendly and experienced. Overall, 10/10 I would highly recommend!

Liz was brilliant - once I had completed the consultation questionnaire she spent about 15 mins talking through it with me to make sure the massage treatment would be exactly right for my needs, and it was! The pressure was perfect and the focus was definitely, but not exclusively on the areas we had talked about. Would definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Beau Balance Holistic for various treatments for over two years now, and to be honest, I would not go anywhere else !! Liz is so professional, caring, and lovely. The atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. The full body massages are my favourite, and I always come away from there feeling like a new woman. I've not had a treatment yet that I haven't fully enjoyed. I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much

The most amazing 90 minutes of self love. From receiving the warmest of welcomes from Saphron until the last minute, Saphron did her magic. Started with a relaxing foot soak, in tranquil surroundings and a welcome drink and chocs. Saphron explained the ingredients used and benefits of the different treatments, sharing what the session would consist of. Followed by foot scrub, back, shoulder scalp massage, completely chilled. Then the wellness Head Spa experience, wow, all tensions just drifted away. Would definitely recommend and will be treating myself again, in the near future. X
