An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.

Fabulous facial with Lauren today, so relaxing and my skin is glowing!! Just what I needed after a stressful week, I wish I stayed awake to experience every minute however with Lauren’s magic massaging hands I stood no chance! X

A really lovely space in which to enjoy Beth's intuitive, skilful and individually designed essential oils massage. Her years of experience mean that she works round injuries or restricted movement confidently and with empathy. The only downside to this massage was that it had to end at some point!! I had an absolutely blissful experience!

Lauren literally has magical hands!! I felt so cosy and tucked up in her little massage nest, she knew exactly what I needed when massaging my legs and feet with different pressures on different areas, I’ve left feeling relaxed, lighter and in a lot less pain! This will now be regular monthly must for me :) thank you Lauren! X

I have visited Beth for massages many times over the years and her massages are second to none. I recently visited her for a massage to relieve menopausal joint related pain and her hands have worked magic. I would highly recommend.

A great Yoga session with Beth; she’s great at pushing you just the right amount and picking up on very subtle adjustments that are needed to your posture. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Lauren regularly for several months and the massages a d service she gives I'd amazing! I always look forward to my sessions and feel relaxed afterwards 😌

Beth creates a relaxing atmosphere. She is very knowledgeable in her role as a Reflexologist. Always a positive experience.

A fantastic yoga one-to-one session with Beth. She is a really inspiring teacher who has taught me so much over the last few months. I have also taken part in group yoga sessions with Beth where she manages to strike the correct balance between engaging the whole group and providing some individual feedback. Highly recommended! 😊

If I had to describe Lauren with one word, it would be: phenomenal. No better treatment elsewhere and I mean this sincerely! Lauren doesn’t just give you a massage or a facial, she tailors her treatments to YOU. She takes her time with advising you and making you feel comfortable. Her extended knowledge of the body, soul, meditation, BREATHING, makes the treatments incredibly unique and I always find I‘ve learnt something about myself or the world after visiting. I had a full body massage with Beth this evening! She blended some oils to suit my needs and I felt very warm and relaxed. The massage was wonderful and I was very close to falling asleep. I will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommend.

This was my first experience of Reiki and Indian head massage and also the first time of meeting Emma. I was made to feel immediately welcomed. The massage was very relaxing. I found it surprisingly emotional (in a good way) and Emma was wonderfully caring.

Very welcoming and relaxing. The treatment was very thorough and beneficial. Beth is very friendly and knowledgable on health matters and herbs. I have been going to the centre for some years and look forward to each visit.

A much needed leg and foot massage, it was amazing, can highly recommend Lauren, she is just the best!

I booked a massage with Sky Bloom, it was absolutely exceptional. Beth used just the right amount of pressure, and focused on all the areas I mentioned. The ambience was wonderfully soothing, soft music, gentle lighting, and a calming scent filled the room. She used top-quality organic essential oils that absorbed beautifully into my skin, leaving it soft and refreshed. I could feel all my stress melt away. To top it off, she ended the session with a relaxing sound bath, which was the perfect finishing touch. I highly recommend Sky Bloom to anyone who values quality and true relaxation!

I had a Skyward Sole Ritual and can honestly say that it was the most sensational treatment I have ever had! From start to finish, Beth took her time to identify any tension I had. She provided such a relaxing space with gorgeous music, fairy lights, and delicious scents! The pressure she used was perfect too. I will definitely book in for another soon as I have loved feeling like I’m floating through air post treatment!

I can’t express enough how great my visit was to see Emma at Holistic Butterfly. Emma is warm and friendly amazing human being that truly cares. Emma takes time to understand and learn about you which really adds to her services. I experienced Reflexology and Reiki… it was fantastic!!! I felt feelings I had never felt and more importantly, while receiving the treatment my thoughts switched off.. which is incredible, I can’t remember ever experiencing that before. I felt lifted, I felt love and I felt internal healing. Highly recommend to anyone. Dane
