I had a sports massage with Ella and she was really welcoming and friendly. She explained everything really well throughout and explained why I was getting the injuries/all the joint problems. I felt like the massage really helped my muscle injuries and will definitely be going back! Highly recommend going to here :)

I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍

First time today for a painful knot in my back and Kim was brilliant! Clearly skilled and knowledgable in how to help and ease discomfort and pain.

Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. Having a registered clinician perform my Botox made a huge difference in my decision, and it truly shows in the way she manages treatments with such confidence and expertise. Her professionalism and competence are outstanding and I’ve honestly never felt more confident. Highly recommend!

Fantastic as always.

Great sports massage taking into account the recent injury from the day before. I was noticeably a lot better than the previous months massage, so the interim advice on stretches etc had definitely worked.
