Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I don't often leave reviews but had to make an exception this time! I had been suffering from pain in my neck and back for a long time, with minimal relief despite trying multiple measures and seeking help from my GP. I decided to try Act2recovery on the recommendation of a friend who had also benefitted from their expertise. Act2recovery was professional throughout, from the easy booking to the specialist assessments and the treatments they recommended. I was surprised at how effective it was. My pain is now almost completely gone. I will definitely be returning to them. Highly recommended!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. All of this Kim embodies with ease, whilst putting you at ease. Went in needing a lot of work, and came out feeling a lot better - Kim takes all problems in her stride, adapts to any individual problems and does it all whilst making you laugh, helping you through the (much needed) treatment and somehow making you forget all about the fact that she has her elbow digging out the knots in your shoulder! 10/10

Couldn’t recommend enough. Went to Kim after an accident and could hardly walk 10/15 minutes without my back tightening up and being incredibly painful. After about 4/5 sessions I’m at a stage now where I’m relatively pain free and still book in regularly. Always answering any questions I’ve got as well. Highly highly recommend
