I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. After a treatment with Hollie I literally feel my body returning back to equilibrium. She’s the best with magic healing hands. You won’t regret a treatment here and the surrounding are so tranquil.

Georgia is a wonder and an absolute godsend! I really needed my massage today! I was covered in knots all over! Georgia really went the extra mile, adapting my massage to give me exactly what I needed, and I love all the extra little touches like the heating eye mask! I’ll definitely be back soon!
