The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does. This gem of a place is excellent, you receive the best quality treatments and the products are top class, service is first class as is the knowledge and skill level of each of the beauticians, advisors, nail technicians and therapists - they are the best. My visists to Polished have always made me feel wondeful and so special after each treatment, the investment in oneself is worth it and more.

Mia is a fabulous beautician and aesthetician! She is the utmost professional, provides great service and is so lovely to chat to. She takes great care and pays extra attention to detail in her craft. Her space is always clean and tidy.

I had the Rose Quartz Glow Head Spa treatment with Samantha and it was absolutely lovely. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and my scalp felt so calm and refreshed afterwards. Samantha was great! very gentle, professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I left feeling relaxed, pampered and well looked after. I would definitely recommend and would happily book again.
