I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I had the 60 min massage followed by a 60 min facial. The massage was amazing but the facial has completely converted me to a facial fan. It was incredible. A gorgeous head massage was included, and my skin feels glowy and healthy. Thank you so much, will be back!

I have been to Lisa for massage and facial throughout both pregnancies and in between! I would not go anywhere else. In my opinion, these are the best treatments I have had. I would love to have a facial and massage from her everyday if I could! I can't recommend her enough!!!

I went for the powder brows which I have not had before. Sam was very informative and explained the whole process start to finish. As she was marking my brows, she explained what the treatment involved thoroughly. Even during the treatment she kept me in the loop and I felt very at ease with no pain at all.
