I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

I can highly recommend Polished - we visited today with my daughter and her friend to get their ears pierced and both understandably felt nervous but Jo continued to reassure both girls in her amazing friendly and calm manner and they immediately felt at ease and were soo thrilled with their ear piercing and couldn’t stop smiling! Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. After a treatment with Hollie I literally feel my body returning back to equilibrium. She’s the best with magic healing hands. You won’t regret a treatment here and the surrounding are so tranquil.
