I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Incredible facial- just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks! The heated bed kept me toasty and comfortable. The back cleanse was so good and relaxed me ready for the facial.

Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does. Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. After a treatment with Hollie I literally feel my body returning back to equilibrium. She’s the best with magic healing hands. You won’t regret a treatment here and the surrounding are so tranquil.

Suzie did such a fab job with my eyebrows and really listened to what I wanted. Really happy and can’t wait to come back!
