Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Liz. She explains every step clearly and makes it a very welcoming and relaxing experience. The massage itself was perfect, a wonderful combination of pressure, trigger points and breathing exercises. The added bonus being that she comes to your home so you can stay in a relaxed state after she's finished. I would highly recommend Liz's treatments

This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

My session was lovely and relaxing- Trish was so warm and welcoming and clearly explained the process to me before starting as I had never had facial cupping done before. Wow! The perfect mix of sports massage deep tissue work that really gets into the problem areas and a relaxing massage. I also loved the fact that the arms, legs, head, feet all got a good working too which other places have often over looked vs the usual back and shoulders. Will be sure to book in every month while you are in Bristol!
