My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

First time in Bristol I found very nice n lovely professional.The service I took was amazing,very focus on work..Highly recommended to everyone.

My experience today with Charly was far better than 'great', it was fantastic. As a first time visit to have a deluxe reflexology session, I will definitely be rebooking. Her salon is lovely and warm and her treatment bed is super comfortable with cushions that feel like a hug! Lovely conversation and super work. She is very knowledgeable and clearly loves her work. I had a waxing session and everything was done perfectly, with real professionalism and attention to detail. A truly relaxing and reassuring experience. Highly recommended.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and I’m really pleased with the results. The treatment was quick, clean, and the therapist made me feel comfortable throughout. My brows look neat and well-shaped, and the upper lip area is smooth with minimal redness that went down quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back!
