Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Rainbow was wonderful, she put me at ease (first time getting my nails done and I found it a little stressful) she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. Even helped me turn to the next kindle page when my hands were busy! My nails look incredible, so very happy!!!

I met Arvi when she did my nails a few weeks ago when I was visiting the UK. She is outstanding - not only as a nail tech, but also as a human being. I hope everyone visits Tandis and supports this business. I cannot recommend highly enough. I always get a lovely welcome when I arrive at the salon I mostly use the salon for threading treatments and pedicures - all of the team members give a great service and I’ve always been really pleased with any treatments I’ve had Even if I haven’t booked on with one of the salon staff the team always do their best to accommodate me Would recommend Tandis and the team

I felt nervous at first, but Safa made sure I was comfortable and throughly explained everything from start to finish. I appreciated her technique, taking her time, care and accuracy, ensuring she covered each targeted area with laser. The whole experience with Safa has been amazing! She was warm, reassuring and professional, and Im looking forward to my next laser session. Swisslaser replies promptly and has made suitable time adjustments to suit my availability. I just wanted to leave a review for Safa. I usually have a different practitioner who I love and got so used to but was unavailable today. This meant I had safa. At first I was apprehensive, as I never had her before and felt nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and targeted all the areas I needed with time and care. She also gave me lots of useful information. Looking forward to seeing her again. Practitioners here are amazing!!
