Honestly the best , I tried the lymphatic drainage massage I have never left a massage so relaxed, Nicola explained the whole process as very different from what normal a massage is but worth it felt amazing at the end.

Lymphatic drainage massage with Pam. After recently having surgery I am very swollen and was advised by my surgeon to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I just had the most amazing Swedish massage followed by a facial with Pam, and it was exactly what I needed. Pam is fantastic. She found the tight spots in my shoulders, neck, and back. I could feel the tension releasing as she worked her magic.By the end my body felt looser and more relaxed. The facial afterward was the perfect finish. My skin feels soft and refreshed, like a real reset. Pam kept everything comfortable and peaceful, no rushing or awkward moments. I left feeling brand new and recharged. Nicola explained the reason she worked on my back and legs and is really knowledgeable and professional. This is my third visit and the results speak for themselves. I have struggled with the symptoms of peri-menopause and after the first visit my bloating improved and I woke the next morning with more energy, focus and the brain fog had lifted.
