I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

Amazing experience, professional, Friendly and welcoming. I booked in after 3-4 weeks of back pain and found knots from head to toe. Was a deep tissue massage and naturally the day after I hurt/ache but already my back pain has eased! Thank you!

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. Olivia took things slowly and bit by bit my confidence came back. That was 4 years ago, and have been with Olivia ever since for my 8-weekly colour and cut (plus amazing head massage and hair mask!)

One of the best massages I’ve ever had! I’ve been suffering with a painful back due to a lot of computer work, and the hot stone massage was exactly what I needed. I loved it so much that I booked my partner in for one as well. Stacey is absolutely lovely, and the layout and décor of the clinic is beautiful. It’s such a calm warm environment. I will definitely be returning!

I have a full body massage with Gemma and I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many spas and tried all different people and she just helps my body so much. I always ask for a firm massage as I actually want the knots worked on and that’s exactly what I get. After the first few days from the massage I feel like a new women! She’s SO friendly and sweet and I’m very glad I found her.

OMG I have just had an Indian Head Massage, absolutely brilliant I feel fantastic. I can say there is nothing that I have had done by Samantha that is not top class. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

I’ve had my nails done here twice so far, and each visit has been such a relaxing experience. The exfoliation and massage are incredibly soothing and the seasonal colour finishes are beautiful. It’s the perfect blend of care, calm and attention to detail- I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed

I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She knows exactly where to find my tight muscles without me having to explain exactly where they are and deals with them expertly, going deep enough by applying enough pressure without me being in agony. She not only does massages but can also deal with scar tissue! She’s an absolutely brilliant find and I’m very happy she was recommended to me.
