An absolutely excellent experience in every way. Samantha has paid attention to every detail including the beautifully coordinated and ambient treatment too and state of the art quality equipment. I spent 4 hours of pampering having the luxury foot spa and full body massage with tinted lashes to complete my experience - all expertly carried out with gentleness and careful attention. A wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Ipswich!

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Betty was so professional, friendly and gave the best service. Highly recommended. The facility is well presented, clean and everyone was really friendly. Amazing experience, professional, Friendly and welcoming. I booked in after 3-4 weeks of back pain and found knots from head to toe. Was a deep tissue massage and naturally the day after I hurt/ache but already my back pain has eased! Thank you!

A brilliant Holistic Sports massage, Zen Bodies are incredibly knowledgable and assisted with a number of the issues being experienced. I also had an indian head massage - which was incredible, and I would highly recommended. The studio is really lovely, clean and specious and your made to feel really welcome.

I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

Phoebe's massage is amazing. She tailors the session to what you need the most rather than a standard approach. The head massage is also superb to release stress if you are like me that is often clenching your jaw.
