I had a Japanese head spa treatment today and it was honestly the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was professional, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. Ellie paid great attention to detail and created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that I was able to completely switch off and unwind. The treatment felt so luxurious, and my scalp and hair felt amazing afterwards. I left feeling so relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. Phoebe starts the session asking about any issues and adapts to support. She will also offer exercises or advice about the particular issues- I discovered the knot in my shoulder was likely due to weaker pec muscles! Can't wait until next time!

I have a scar from my belly button to my lower abdomen from surgery 7 years ago. The scar tissue round it was a pencil sized limiting movement and uncomfortable. The difference after a few sessions with Phoebe was remarkable, the pencil scar tissue is noticeably less and movement of my leg is better. If you have anything similar then I’d urge you to book an appointment with her.
