Ellie responded really quickly to arrange an appointment. The experience was smooth with forms easy to fill online. The Japanese Head Spa was relaxing, with Ellie easily guiding you through the experience. A head analysis was completed at the beginning and end. Left me feeling relaxed and pampered! Thank you :)

I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The attention to detail was outstanding — Ally genuinely takes the time to understand exactly how you like your eyebrows shaped and make sure you’re completely happy before you leave. Nothing feels rushed. My brows have honestly never looked better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now — highly recommend!
