Nasra did my eyebrow lam and lash lift (curl). I always come back for my eyebrow lam - they come out amazing! However, today I went for my lash lift and believe you me, they came out so so well! Nasra curled my lashes and also made them so that they look fuller- I literally look like I have a set of flashes on! So lovely! I have naturally thick lashes and she managed to make the most of them- super happy.

It was my first time getting PMU done. Antoaneta was not only kind and patient, she talked me through all the steps and expectations of the procedure. Well i was in a rush as i don’t actually live in London and i didn’t expect that they had time to do my hair without appointment but the girl in the reception was specially kind and nice and in five minutes a hair dresser was cutting my hair and she did a wonderful job absolutely great!! I went for a relaxing massage and a lymphatic drainage massage and felt incredibly relaxed and refreshed afterward. The service was brilliant—Marina was very friendly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The place is clean and feels calm and purified. I will definitely be coming back.
