Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

​Davinder is genuinely the best Hollywood waxer ever! I felt no pain at all, which is a total game-changer. I got both my legs and Hollywood done, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. As a plus-size woman, I was a bit nervous, but Davinder was so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and non-judgmental. She is a true professional and an absolute lovely person. I won't go to anyone else.

I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Very good. Ella did my pedicure with burgundy toenails, lovely. Una waxed my eyebrows very neatly. Both staff were helpful with getting me up and down from the pedicure steps, so thanks to both of them for that too.

Nahed and Ella were very friendly and helpful. As l am a disabled pensioner they helped me up to have my pedicure. The new girl was very thorough too and was coping famously with her new job. Nahed is always very professional whenever l visit J'adore Beaute. I can't recommend them enough...

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best.
