Amazing experience and such a lovely lady! Honestly, I have done lash lifts and tints four times now but have never come across someone who does it perfectly, with so much care. Anna uses the full appointment time and does not rush the job or leave out any detail. Her technique and her love for what she does guarantees that she will always exceed your expectations. Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼
