New to lash extensions and went for the first time 2 weeks ago for a soft volume set. Syrie was lovely. Went today for my mini fill and Syrie again, was great to be around. She made me feel comfortable and has a calming nature about her. She did great on my lashes and I love them. I’ll be back in 3 weeks!

I LOVE how my lashes and my daughter’s lashes turned out! Beautiful and Full! We both feel like “New” people. Great location, Inviting, Fun feeling Inside the Establishment and Clean! After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Angie is such a gem! I had never gotten lash extensions before coming to her because I was intimidated by the whole process, but he’s been nothing but amazing and helpful!! <3 You can tell she actually cares about her clients and their experience, and I’m so glad I waited this long to get my lashes done because I can’t imagine anyone better than her.

Lana did an AMAZING job on my lashes! I’m new to the area and I went to a different lash extension place, that didn’t do a great job in the first place, and almost all of my lashes had fallen out in a week! Hoffman Estate. Fell in love with wispy volume hybrid, perfect for my large eye and hooded eye lids. Amazing details to every eye lash strand. Clean environment. My third time, I believe I will be a standard now. Don’t need mascara anymore or a curler.

Lea is hands down one of the BEST at her craft. Eyelash extensions are like performing surgery on the eye. The gentle touch and steady hand is what is needed and it is a pure talent. Karina Ponomarenko is the absolute BEST!!! I recently moved to Chicago and was nervous to try someone new, but I have had the most amazing experience. Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Simply amazing! Mariana was kind and professional. She will be my go to person from now on! Her techniques were beyond relaxing. I thought I had a very healthy scalp and learned so much about how to improve it! Highly recommend the 90 minute herbal scalp treatment. I haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time. The entire staff was friendly and the spa is so clean. I also love supporting small women owned businesses! I’ve been seeing Sima for a while now, and she’s truly the best. My lashes always turn out soft, full, and natural—exactly how I like them—and she’s meticulous about getting every detail right.
