After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. This level of customer care is exactly why I’ve been a longtime client and will continue coming back. Thank you, Maral - 10/10 recommend.

Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Angie is such a gem! I had never gotten lash extensions before coming to her because I was intimidated by the whole process, but he’s been nothing but amazing and helpful!! <3 You can tell she actually cares about her clients and their experience, and I’m so glad I waited this long to get my lashes done because I can’t imagine anyone better than her.

I’ve been seeing Sima for a while now, and she’s truly the best. My lashes always turn out soft, full, and natural—exactly how I like them—and she’s meticulous about getting every detail right. Angie was so nice! It was my first doing a lash/brow tint. I was a little nervous about my lashes since I always hear about irritation, but she was very gentle with in and kept checking in if anything was wrong. My eyebrows also look amazinggg! 💓 I'll definitely be booking with her again soon 😊

Chair Hair Imports is truly an experience. I came from out of town and searched them online and I’m so happy I did. The environment of the salon was so inviting, beautiful, and the stylist really made the experience. I was able to get an appointment and the service was amazing. Will definitely keep them in mind and even visit next time I’m in Chicago because we’re besties now.

I get my lashes tinted as well as a lash lift and also my brows tinted. It took me a while to find a good place to get this done because I have very fine lashes and color just doesn’t adhere. I really have been so happy with my experience here.
