Beautiful and clean, a new innovation small community business. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the massage roller for my lymphatic concerns, I have yet to see a different, I do feel a little sore around my legs. Of course it’ll take more than just one try. So I will be going back. My first experience will not be my last. I loved the place, the workout and the personal attention I got. Since it was my first time, I had a lot of questions, wanting to understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. I left feeling like I can fly and I could feel SOMETHING GOOD happening in my body. I am interested in cellulite treatments and every minute in that GYM is well spend because the red lights and vacum amplify your workout so it's perfect for busy people, you get more done in less time... I will be back, I believe it will make a difference just where I need it.
