Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

Hannah is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for lash extensions for coming up on 5 years, and despite me moving around between Bournemouth and London in that time I always come back to Hannah. There aren’t enough words of praise for how talented and lovely she is ❤️

Professional and friendly

This was my first time getting extensions and Leah made me feel really welcome and comfortable and could tell she was very knowledgeable. She listened to what I was after and created a really natural, pretty look. I love my lashes and can’t wait to go back for more!
