Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I had my first fully body massage with Minda and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and she focused on problem areas too. I felt like she really knew what she was doing, and cared - she didn't rush anything. I felt comfortable and would definitely come again. I had a full body, hands, feet, legs, stomach, chest, arms, back, face and even a slight head massage. When the phone rang or the doorbell, Minda didn't leave or become distracted, which was really appreciated.
