Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. It was my first time getting extensions and I’m really impressed with the results!! I had some added at the front of my face area due to having breakage /thinning and the extensions have really made my hair look healthier and look much thicker. She took the time to explain every step of the process and the aftercare, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. Fantastic Eurovision nail 💅 art done by Lana 🤩, who is very talented. She is always very professional and creative and interprets my ideas from pictures with her own suggestions. A customer of mine was so impressed the next day when I was at work, she took a picture of my nails to show her daughter 🥰

Niamh is absolutely wonderful. Made me feel at ease straight away. She listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions too. I was worried as I had not been to a hairdresser in over a year and had been cutting it myself at home. I was embarrassed by the state of my hair but Niamh didn’t judge and made me feel so comfortable. Brilliant hair cut and I love my hair!

From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

Always a fantastic hair cut with Rachel. I am trying to grow my hair and she knows exactly where we’re going with it. I’m going through that difficult stage of growing it and trying to persevere with it. Rachel has really cut it well to promote growth and to keep it stylish.
