Kieran has great skills, very professional and keen eye for detail. At £22 for mens hair, which includes pre hair wash and coffee and lovely treatment...I think this must be the best value professional quality hairdresser in Edinburgh

I have been getting my hair cut at Outline by Kay for a couple years now, I have curly/ wavy texture and have found it a real struggle to find a hairdresser that understands how to cut curls without using a million products and styling methods. Kay is absolutely fantastic, she really listens to what you're looking for and asks questions, she's interested in what you want rather than trying to quickly assume. And my hair has never been happier! For as long as I live in Edinburgh I won't go anywhere else - I couldn't recommend Outline or Kay more.

Kym was so lovely and welcoming. I was late and she was more than accommodating. I’m new to Edinburgh and so went in blind but couldn’t have picked a better hairdresser! Absolute bargain for what she did as well! Love my hair colour, lightened it right up and managed to sort it all without a toner too! Thank you✨

Amazing just amazing! Brooke is the best hairdresser ever she is quick, efficient, understands just what you want, and has amazing attention to detail. There has never been a time where I’ve been frustrated or didn’t like the work she has done, and she always advices me the best way she can about hairstyles. She’s just out of this world and if I ever move from Edinburgh I’ll have to come back every once in a while to get my hair done.

Had an amazing experience with Alex. I don’t get my hair cut often so I was quite nervous. She did a really thorough consultation and an amazing haircut! She was really good to chat to and the environment was very comfortable. Will definitely be back and I recommend ☺️

Mamie was brilliant! I booked this appointment on the day and what a wee gem! The salon is tucked away and is appointment only which means you can totally relax. My hair looks and feels amazing! Will 100% be booking again

My experience at Nik Studio Hairdressing was absolutely amazing! Nikola did a fantastic job from start to finish. I felt truly heard and listened to throughout the appointment, and she was incredibly honest with me while delivering her advice in such a positive and reassuring way. Nikola also gave me an extraordinary head massage, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend both this salon and Nikola highly enough.
