Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. Was amazing, so much more comfortable in your own home, massage was amazing and she worked on the area she found needed work, facial was always fantastic and reflexology at the end was perfect felt very relaxed and chilled out for the rest of the day
