I am not easily pleased but, from my first appointment with Elaine for brow shaping to several others fr lash extensions, threading etc, I trust Elaine’s process and end results so much that I always drift off to sleep - That’s how confident I am of Elaine. Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.
