So today i had the lazer resurfacing facial with the lovely Danielle 🥰 and prior to having the treatment Danielle had allready talked me through all the pre process ect do's and don'ts before the treatment...Danielle was fantastic she talked me through everything whilst doing the treatment and gave me great post treatment advice also she knew I was going out for the day with family and obviously the weather was hot so she applied a high factor sun cream..when I picked my daughter up half a hour later she was amazed with the results allready and I am too thanks Danielle .🥰

My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. Hiya. Had a lovely afternoon and felt very relaxed. The massage was lovely, as was the facial - my skin feels lovely. The scalp massage was fab - new experience for me and i enjoyed it. The only feedback would be not to use the wire head massager as i could tell a couple of times my hair got stuck in it. All in all was really nice - thank you 😊

BEST FACIAL EVER!! tried the Chocolate facial for the first time and now I'm booked in for next 6 months! It was super luxurious and my skin feels so clean, clear and smooth the day after. Lucy has just got magical hands, the massage that comes with the facial is so relaxing and it's just what I need on a monthly basis!! 😌

My bacial and facial by Olivia was amazing, would recommend to anyone. Was a perfect way to spend an hour and a half on a cold winters day. The products used smelt amazing and the massages were amazing.

Had been considering lip blush for months. Wish I'd had it done sooner and know it will always be on my must have list. Was it painful - not too bad. Obviously you can feel it but as soon as you think it might start to hurt Luanne moves on to a different area. I had a consultation beforehand and tried many colours. Luanne makes you feel relaxed and constantly checked on my pain levels. I've always had a fantastic experience at Bloom. The girls are amazing and make you feel like a real friend rather than just another client.
