I have been going to Jemma for many years now for my nails, waxing shaping & tinting of my eyebrows, lash lifts, bikini wax and make-up, Jemma always does a fantastic job. Jemma is polite & professional but at the same time friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Jemma for all beauty treatments.

She was really professional, kind and knowledgable with both facial and massage talking through products and checking I was ok along the way. I’ve had a few treatments with Amy before but this was my first time having a facial. Amy as always was warm, kind and professional. The treatment was lovely, Amy explained everything throughout the treatment and is extremely knowledgeable. My skin feels light and fresh. Her new salon space is also such a nice place to be. I enjoyed this treatment so much I have rebooked to continue facial treatment with her, and also booked in for massage to make it a proper treat as the whole thing is such a wonderful, relaxing experience.

I booked in for a Hydrating facial and i left with the cleanest my skin has ever felt it was such a relaxing experience and i 100% recommend!

First time here, I had an amazing Lomi lomi massage then facial. Michelle was amazing. Can’t wait to book another appointment with her. 😀

Jemma is a true professional and always makes you feel so welcome. Above all, she really cares about her clients and it shows. She is an absolute perfectionist and provides the best care and advice for any treatment you have with her. Aways a pleasure to visit the Brow Barn. Its a lovely welcoming atmosphere and I always feel safe and supported. As someone with a chronic health condition I have always felt fully supported by Jade. She takes the time to fully understand you holistically and I know that if she felt a proceedure wouldnt be safe she'd tell me. I’ve been going to Jem for a while now and she always hits the mark. I get so many compliments every time I have my makeup done. She really takes the time to understand what I like and it never feels rushed. Plus, we always have a good chin wag, which just makes the whole experience even nicer. My conversation course to lip blush was perfect. Jade is so knowledgeable, I trained in SPMU brows a few years ago and knew I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my lip blush training. Worth every minute of the 4 hour return journey. Thank you so much Jade!
