I had a Polished Manual Facial yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very relaxed and made to feel comfortable. The facial included a neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as a wonderful face massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and will return for another next month. It was the best facial massage I have ever had as it felt like a proper professional massage, rather than just a light touch.

In 20 years, and with numerous different waxers, Danielle is by far the BEST. Not only was it the least painful, most precise wax I’ve had.. she makes you feel totally comfortable, perfect for waxing newbies. I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I see Laura every month for a Microdermabrasion facial and she is just brilliant. The facial is always amazing and my skin feels lovely and refreshed afterwards. I always look forward to seeing Laura too as she makes you feel really relaxed and I leave there feeling happy. Thanks Laura.

Absolutely amazing as ever! It’s all the little touches that make Laura so very special - socks placed on heater then on your feet, a warm hand placed on the face while putting cold face mask on. I have had all her treatments and cannot choose a favourite as they are all great so I rotate which one I have. Outstanding!

My first salon facial and o my it was amazing. Magda talked me through each step, advising what was best for my skin. I loved every minute of it and will 100% be making this a regular treat for my skin. Highly recommend, thank you xx
