I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. I fully recommend her caring, skilled and high-quality work.

I was really pleased with my cut, blow dry and style when I visited yesterday. I opted for a chin length bob in readiness for my cousin's Gatsby themed party. Everyone at the party initially thought I was wearing a wig because my hair looked so perfect! What a bargain for £40. Thank you so much. See you soon.

After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I’ve been going to Simona for years and she never fails to deliver. The best lashes I’ve ever had I can’t go anywhere else!!! Since opening the shop I’ve also had my lips dissolved & re-filled by Emilia a few times as she helps build my lip journey - she is also fabulous!! Wouldn’t go to anyone else now 🥰 gorgeous salon, gorgeous vibes ✨✨✨✨✨

2nd visit here and both times I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. She is friendly and chatty and it is just like spending an hour with a friend. The appointment was not at all rushed and I can definitely see an improvement with the radio frequency treatment on my chin/neck area and upper arms. Skin is definitely tighter than before. I still have 3 appointments to go and cannot wait to see my final results. Highly recommend.

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I’ve been visiting Milena now for several months for a full body massage and facial. I can hands down say, she’s the best masseur I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages across the globe and been to lots of different spas over the years but nothing compares. I leave my appointment feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The tension I carried into my appointment is completely gone and my skin has never been better. The time she takes carrying out each treatment is second to none. I HIGHlY recommend Milena, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dermaplan was amazing, my face feels wonderful, seeing the rubbish that was on there has only made it feel better! I fully appreciate not being told when to expect the wax strip being done as well, otherwise I'd of chickened out! Looking forward to booking in again! X

We have been visiting Emma for waxing for years. Myself for eyebrows and my husband for eyebrows and nose. Always a great and professional service.

I've just finished a course of 5 sessions to tighten my mum tum and reduce fat. I love the results - 4.5cm off my waist, skin is visibly firmer and my c-section scar now looks a lot thinner and is just a silvery line rather than red and angry. I also had 5 sessions on my face - jowl, chin and forehead and a lot of my fine lines have gone and my 'turkey neck' has much improved. Couldn't be happier, thank you!

First visit to Angela, certainly won’t be the last. Incredible facial, like no other, also had a pedicure and my feet feel so soft. Thank you Angela, best beauty place by far. 🥰

Booked through a recommendation of a friend. Friendly and welcoming, non judgemental. Had an eyelash tint and this was the first time a beauty therapist hasn’t got the tint in my eye! Thankyou! Eye brow wax shape was perfect and the tint spot on. Definitely will be rebooking.

Had my first Hollywood wax today and was absolutely petrified, but I was instantly put at ease. Everything was explained step by step, so I never once felt unsure or uncomfortable. I have had the last if my three fat freezing treatments on my chin/ neck. I am over the moon with the results & how it looks more toned & my jaw line more sharp. My experience has been great as Angela gave me after care advise & I followed it to a tea . Had barely any swelling, no pain & within days back to normal Would definitely recommend this treatment with Angela shes the best!
