Honestly my go to forever !!! And the lashes is stunnnningggg I'm so happy. I do a 70 mile round trip to see Alice because as a perfectionist, I would only trust another perfectionist with my face. If you want to look like a bratz doll, Alice isn't for you. I return because this lady works with my features to make them look their finest, rather than making me look like a different person. Peri-menopause can be unkind to a lady but I get alot of compliments saying I am aging like a fine wine. The reality is that Alice knows how to showcase the wine in the right shaped glass to help me age gracefully and with class.

I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated. The salon itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and I left feeling pampered and satisfied with my brows. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great waxing service! Thank you Emma that was the best facial I have ever had! The face neck, shoulders and scalp massage with warm oil, the tranquil music and dimly lit room were deeply relaxing I think I drifted to sleep. Such a calming experience and my skin feels amazing.

I have known Sandeep since 15 years , I would never go to any other therapist other than her she is a perfectionist be it lashes eyebrows waxing threading or any of the treatments she has. My mother in law who comes from India would go to no one else other than her. I could go on about her expertise. But I would rather suggest you need to experience it for yourself.

Fabulous facial , incredibly relaxing, lots of massage - face is glowing and looks much firmer !!!!

A great experience as always. Charli is professional and lovely all at the same time. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a stress free experience, friendly face and supporting a lovely, little local business. I use her regularly for waxing but her massages are amazing too!

I have had 2 laser sessions on my face and I am overjoyed with the results. I originally had a consultation for electrolysis and after being told that laser would be more suitable for the area, I felt very unsure about having the laser. However I cannot believe the results even after the first session. The hair has significantly reduced and the stubble shadow/black dots of ingrown hairs are barely there. I will be continuing my journey and I can’t wait to see the finished result. It has given me a new found confidence. I definitely recommend Gaia for anyone thinking of having laser!

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.
