I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. I fully recommend her caring, skilled and high-quality work.

I was really pleased with my cut, blow dry and style when I visited yesterday. I opted for a chin length bob in readiness for my cousin's Gatsby themed party. Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

Dermaplan was amazing, my face feels wonderful, seeing the rubbish that was on there has only made it feel better! I fully appreciate not being told when to expect the wax strip being done as well, otherwise I'd of chickened out! Looking forward to booking in again! X

I have had the last if my three fat freezing treatments on my chin/ neck. I am over the moon with the results & how it looks more toned & my jaw line more sharp. My experience has been great as Angela gave me after care advise & I followed it to a tea . Had barely any swelling, no pain & within days back to normal Would definitely recommend this treatment with Angela shes the best!

Had my first Hollywood wax today and was absolutely petrified, but I was instantly put at ease. Everything was explained step by step, so I never once felt unsure or uncomfortable. Beautiful set up. Family owned and take the time to go through everything in detail beforehand. Excellent aftercare and such wonderful people. Lashes looked perfect. Exactly the look I wanted and I had a full face wax with eyebrows which not only didn’t hurt. The redness that you always experience had completely gone after 10 mins by the time I got home! Thank you ladies!! Overall would recommend!!

Angela always makes me feel super comfortable and relaxed with whatever i have done with her. My nails always look 10/10 and i always feel 10/10 when i have a facial. I recently had Dermaplaning with Angela, my skin looks and feels so much brighter and healthier. I can’t wait to book another one!

Myself and my MIL have just had a back massage and facial this afternoon with Sian. I have been several times, so no need to say anymore, but my MIL absolutely thoroughly enjoyed her treatment and thought that Sian was fantastic. She has a lovely deep massage and the hot towels on the face are very comforting. She can't wait to return again soon. Caroline
