I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. After a previous bad hollywood wax experience elsewhere, I was quite anxious, but Amelia’s service was amazing. She was so friendly and reassuring, explained everything, and made me feel completely comfortable. The wax itself was done really well and less uncomfortable than I expected. Such a positive experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Once again an absolutely superb massage by Lou. I came away feeling very relaxed and pampered. I have a weekly back massage which is working wonders. I have now had numerous treatments from Lou, including an Indian head massage and waxing. I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. A very professional lady, nothing is too much trouble. Even down to a lovely warm table, much appreciated on these cold days. A truly wonderful experience.

I’ve been visiting Milena now for several months for a full body massage and facial. I can hands down say, she’s the best masseur I’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of massages across the globe and been to lots of different spas over the years but nothing compares. I leave my appointment feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. The tension I carried into my appointment is completely gone and my skin has never been better. The time she takes carrying out each treatment is second to none. I HIGHlY recommend Milena, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Met Ellie for the first time, to have brows waxed and shaped, she explained in full detail what she was doing and products she used. Ellie is very friendly and professional and would certainly encourage anyone to visit her for treatment.

I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

Great chatty beautician which made the waxing much more bearable. Clearly explained what products would be using and paused when needed during treatment. Went above and beyond to ensure no products contained anything I was allergic to. Excellent service
