I’ve been coming here since I was a university student at University of Manchester. For two years, when I started working, I would take a train from London to Manchester just to get my brows and underarms done here. I always show a picture and get the result I want. The business owner and his team are fantastic. I can’t wait to see this become a beauty empire. I’ve moved again and I’m still catching trains just to come here. I’ll always be a loyal client, even refusing to do my brows months at a time unless it’s by Robbie. A human owned business that loves their clients. Can’t beat it!

After years of hard gel I wanted to try BIAB and how have I not done this before? The salon is just beautiful inside and very clean, the staff caring and absolute attention to detail! If you can visit one of Yulia’s Manchester clinics you will not be disappointed!

Such a lovely place with even lovelier technicians. I'm not from Manchester but if I were I'd def'ly come back every other week for my nail maintenance. Location is perfect and they are very fast and efficient. Highly recommend.

this is my fourth time at the salon and I really wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my hair, all the staff make me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable every time, and the atmosphere is always really good, all of the staff have a great sense of humour and all co operate amazingly well. I am so pleased with my hair and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the fantastic job the girls do, so glad i found this salon and I genuinely think it may be one of (if not the) best in Manchester

Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. The Wax Experience was very good, Waseem did a good job and was professional enough to make me feel comfortable. the booking system may need sorting out as I booked for Wilmslow when wasn’t open today. I had to drive to the city centre to complete my appointment.

I had an amazing facial from Coral yesterday and not only did she leave my skin GLOWING but I’ve never had a facial as relaxing due to the MASSAGE!! When Coral mentioned offering massage along side the facial I just expected a little bit of facial massage but NO! Coral gave me the most insane massage that included my whole face, necks & shoulders, arms & scalp! I left feeling so incredibly relaxed and it was genuinely one of the best messages I’ve had! Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed.
