James is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with and I felt very comfortable telling him where I was in discomfort with my knotty shoulders. Abbie was so lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the massage. She catered to what I asked for and you could tell she knew her stuff. I’ve really suffered with upper back/neck pain recently and I can already tell a difference since having the massage. I’ll definitely be rebooking back in every couple of months, it’s really worth it!

i had my first sports massage today, it was like nothing I have experienced before and did I need it. I walked out with less pain in the shoulder which I have had for over a year. It was uncomfortable at times but I knew it was doing me good. I've already booked to go back. Thank you very much

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!

Chloe is brilliant, I had a deep tissue sports massage due to a niggle in my lower back from lifting weights. She is very thorough and worked on my hamstrings, glutes and back & even gave my quads a stretch. While slightly uncomfortable in places the relief after was almost instant. Booked an hour slot but explained to Chloe that I would prefer an an extra half hour, which was no issue! Quick conversation and straight into the sports massage! I have had many therapists over the years but Chloe just raised the bar - before I left I booked another 2 hour session! Overall an excellent session with a true professional!
