Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. First appointment at bloom for a waxing treatment that can be quite daunting when going somewhere new. I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at ease straight away by the lady doing my wax (apologies I forgot to catch your name!) my treatment was enjoyable (well as much as a waxing appointment can be!) and everything was fully explained and made sure I was happy with everything. Fully recommend and I’ve already booked my next appointment in advance. Thank you, you definitely have a new regular customer in me!
