All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I couldn’t recommend Lashed in London enough! I’ve been going to them for the last 7 years. Nataša is always so welcoming and friendly from start to finish! She makes sure you’re comfortable before starting. We have a little chat and then I have a “lash nap” as she calls it!

It’s always great visiting lashed in London for my lash lift and tint. Tarrian is so talented at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable, walking you through every step, being so gentle with your lashes and giving great advice. It is such a peaceful studio and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into helping clients feel relaxed. I have been here for my hen do lashes and will be back for my honeymoon lash. I have been going to Lashed in London for number of years now before the shop opened. Tarrian is lovely and always did lovely classic lashes. Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

Fabulous experience at Pretty Woman - Jordan is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I’ve been getting my brows done by Danielle for a while now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! She always takes the time to shape them perfectly and really listens to what I want. My brows have never looked better, she just knows what suits your face! The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly too, which makes the whole experience so enjoyable.
