All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. Fabulous experience at Pretty Woman - Jordan is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She ran through everything I needed to know about lip fillers (what filler she uses, what she’ll do to get my desired result, the aftercare required, etc), I really felt cared for.
