All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

Chloe is very professional and well knowledged about all her treatments which she offers. I had waxing and my first million dollar facial- I can’t get over how much better my skin feels already since having the million dollar facial. I have been using services from Micky since more than 7 years now. She has always been and still is absolutely fabulous. Her precision with body waxing is amazing, making sure I am fully comfortable with proper wax temperature check and no hair left after. Lucy was very professional. She has a welcoming smile and a brilliant personality which makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The whole experience was amazing. It was my first time having a head spa and Lucy explained everything that was going to happen. As soon as she started I felt the stress dissolving, it was so relaxing and I will be going back and I will definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. I had my eyebrows wax as well and they are just how I like them. The pedicure was the best I have ever had, and my feet feel great. Definitely gets the thumbs up from me

I had the best experience getting my LVL lashes and eyebrow wax & tint done here. The attention to detail was incredible, and the results were even better than I expected. Fabulous experience at Pretty Woman - Jordan is so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. She ran through everything I needed to know about lip fillers (what filler she uses, what she’ll do to get my desired result, the aftercare required, etc), I really felt cared for.
