Overall a great service, eyebrow waxing, tinting and full bikini wax. Eyebrows look fantastic. Beauty therapist was really good. I was disappointed to see there wasn't a "no double dipping" policy however. I think this would be a great addition to a lovely salon.

Best massage I’ve had so far! I usually get deep tissue, but Esme’s Swedish full body was incredible for fixing my desk-job posture. She was so precise, using slow, purposeful movements that targeted every muscle. Unlike most places, she actually focused on upper pectorals, quads, and my left knee (which needed extra care after a sport injury—she was super receptive to this). A touch more oil at times would be ideal, but the attention to detail made it a true full-body treatment. Will definitely be back!

Was let down by my normal hairdressers for colour and cut at the last minute as we were going on holiday that same day we were in Romford and popped in to the salon and I asked for a haircut told the receptionist my dilemma and Natalia fitted me in for colour and cut there and then very pleased with colour and cut. she was very accommodating will definitely go back to her again.
