All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Facedate with Marie. I had lip blush done and couldn’t be happier. Marie was incredibly patient and amazing at explaining the process and choosing exactly what I wanted and explains the aftercare very well. The result was great and I’m very happy. Absolutely lovely experience at Image and I absolutely love my hair. I used to come several years ago for Kate and she always gave me a lovely balayage and cut but then I moved away. After moving back to London I decided to come back but unfortunately Kate was fully booked so I went with Dara instead. She was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job with my hair - I love it!! Super down to earth and made me feel super relaxed. Couldn't recommend this salon enough whether you end up booking with Kate or Dara (and I'm sure everyone else is fab too). I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t recommend Lashed in London enough! I’ve been going to them for the last 7 years. Nataša is always so welcoming and friendly from start to finish! She makes sure you’re comfortable before starting. We have a little chat and then I have a “lash nap” as she calls it!

It’s always great visiting lashed in London for my lash lift and tint. Tarrian is so talented at what she does and makes you feel so comfortable, walking you through every step, being so gentle with your lashes and giving great advice. It is such a peaceful studio and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into helping clients feel relaxed. I have been here for my hen do lashes and will be back for my honeymoon lash. I have been going to Lashed in London for number of years now before the shop opened. Tarrian is lovely and always did lovely classic lashes. The last few occasions, Natasa has done my lashes (lift and extension). She is amazing and such a lovely person. Thank you for always making me welcome. I will keep coming back in 2026

Believe it or not I come for a cut and style at Image London all the way from the States I love the pixie style haircuts Jason has done. My son lives around the corner from the salon, and one day in 2022 I walked in without a appointment asking if someone could cut my hair. I was lucky enough to get Jason,. I’ve been in 3 times in the last year for a pixie cut. I always get compliments after my visit. I’m so glad my son and his family live close by. Everyone at the salon is so kind.

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

I had a new facial today with Daniela and it included all the regular facial treatments plus some lymphatic drainage and fascia work on my face, neck arms and hands. It was a great treatment and my skin feels really smooth and hydrated. Lovely treatment!

Went into Thai Spa for a waxing treatment (eyebrows and bikini). Both were really done with good temperature wax and very delicate touch. Will definitely come back.
