Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Definitely going back and 100% reccomend

I trust Jodie so much that you could be blindfolded and still love the haircut with it beautifully styled so much so that you want to show it off . This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I had my first facial today We went for the Bronze package (which is what suited my skin type) I can honestly say I have never ever felt so overwhelmed The treatment it self was a experience I’ve never encountered in a facial before My face and neck feel rejuvenated with a definite visible result especially the darker shades under the eyes and mouth area I was made relaxed and reassured throughout the different stages of the treatment. I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed the neck and foot massage too Thank you Goldy.
