I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Extremely thorough, very comfortable and virtually pain free wax. An hour of leg waxing flew by with chatting with the lovely owner Sandie. So convenient having easy free parking and weekends available. Would highly recommend!

This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. A great wax!! I have been waxed for at least 6 years and this is the best wax I have had. Full Leg and Hollywood wax and the BEST. I have had. Pain was minimal. The staff FANTASTIC. The Results AMAZING! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable I ever felt for my intimate area. Jodie and Julia you were fantastic!! 100% recommend.

Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I’ve been going to Donna for my treatment and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She is such a lovely person — warm, friendly, and so easy to talk to. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. I had waxing done, and the whole experience was professional, efficient, and far more comfortable than I expected. Donna’s attention to detail and care really stand out, and she always makes sure you’re okay throughout the treatment. I’ve now returned for the third time because I’m so happy with her service, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Donna.

Im so pleased that I found Emma! I visit her for waxing and massage, she is very good at what she does. As a trans male I have in the past not felt welcomed or comfortable in other salons. Emma is warm and friendly and has a lovely, welcoming space. Highly recommend!!

Alex has been doing my nails since October, there’s nothing too big or too small a job for her! We have a lovely gossip, a stunning coffee (thanks Alex’s mum!!🤭) and caters herself to my needs and wants! Always happy to pick up a spontaneous leg, or lip wax and shellac toes too when time permits! Great flexible hours and incredibly talented!
